True Science Hub operates an affiliate program on behalf of True Science Peptides. Approved affiliates receive a unique tracking link and code. When a visitor referred through that link or code places a qualifying order with True Science Peptides, the affiliate earns a commission under the rules published in the affiliate dashboard at the time of the order.
All products sold by True Science Peptides are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and they are not drugs, supplements, or treatments. Affiliates must not state or imply otherwise.
Affiliates must not make any claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition, improves health, or is safe or effective for use in humans or animals. Affiliates must not describe dosing, administration, or protocols for use in people or animals. Affiliates must not bid on True Science brand terms in paid search, register domains or social handles containing the brand, send unsolicited bulk email, use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, or place orders through their own link. Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship wherever they share links or codes, in a manner consistent with the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides and any applicable local rules.
Commission rates, the attribution window, and the hold period are set in the program settings and shown in the affiliate dashboard. Each order records the rules in force when it was placed; later changes apply only to later orders. A commission is held for the hold period and is reversed if the order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to violate these terms. Commissions reversed after payment may be deducted from future payouts.
Payouts are made on the schedule and by the methods shown in the dashboard, once the affiliate's approved balance meets the payout minimum and complete payment and tax information is on file. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.
Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use True Science logos and product images supplied by the program, solely to promote the program, and only in unaltered form.
Either party may end participation at any time. True Science Hub may suspend or terminate an affiliate for breach of these terms. Approved commissions earned before termination that are not subject to reversal will be paid on the normal schedule.
These terms are versioned. Material changes require affiliates to accept the new version at their next sign-in before continuing to use the dashboard.
